Disappointed September 2, 2010 Reviewer: Nicoleta Pintea from Oakville, Canada   My review it’s not about this product… In fact, almost 1 year ago I ordered some products, from the old website, and even to this day I never received them! I got back stories that they had strikes in UK, then the box was lost… and so on. I was too confident that they will deliver and never made a claim with PayPal – my mistake. I have tons of emails, many times with no reply from this company. At one point somebody answered me, in a nice way telling me that I’m lying. They don’t even bother to check if the customer receives the products… It doesn’t matter if the products are good if customer service is that bad! Was this review helpful to you?
